2. Products & Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in GBP and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices include standard 3D printing and post-processing costs.

3. Custom Orders

Custom orders require a detailed quote and approval before production begins. We reserve the right to modify or cancel custom orders if materials or technical requirements are not met.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched from our UK facility. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the complexity of the model and current production load.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for defective items or if the product does not match the specifications provided. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a return request.

6. Intellectual Property

Any designs provided by customers are the sole property of the customer. We retain the right to use the design for our own purposes, including marketing and product development.
