Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. We accept returns for defective products or incorrect items. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and unused.

Shipping
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label via email. Please use the label provided to ship the item back to our UK warehouse.

Refund
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
